Design Studio

Once your home is purchased and the permits are finalized, you’ll schedule a few hours in our Design Studio. While there, you’ll select all of your exterior and interior finishes and fixtures—everything from lighting and color palettes to flooring and trim.

Design selections are available in several categories, making it easy for homeowners to design the home of their dreams while also accommodating key details like functionality and budget.

All of our design selections are hand-selected by our design team. Start with our standard options, which include:

• Revwood flooring
• Quartz countertops
  
• Tile backsplashes
• Moen plumbing fixtures
• Schlage hardware
• Built-in primary closet shelving
• 9-foot tall kitchen cabinets

Upgraded selections, including additional styles and materials, are available in each category. Choose from options like quartz countertops, additional appliance selections including a wood or stainless hood, or site-finished hardwood floors.

When you work with Inspired Homes, you’ll get to choose options down to the tiniest detail.
