Building Process

Whether you're embarking on your first home build or crafting the perfect space for your next chapter, we're here to guide you through every stage. The Inspired Homeowner Experience embodies our commitment to a journey marked by clear communication and a smooth building process, ensuring a truly enjoyable experience. Upon completion, your new home is safeguarded by our comprehensive 2-10 homeowner warranty, providing added peace of mind.

HOME SELECTION + CONTRACTING

Your Community Sales Manager will guide you through our floorplans and structural options, helping you create the personalized new home you've envisioned.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

After finalizing your purchase agreement, you'll meet onsite with our Interior Designer at our Design Studio. This meeting is your opportunity to select and finalize the design elements for your new home, from colors and countertops to flooring and more!

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

At the Pre-Construction Meeting, you will meet your Inspired Homes Project Manager and Community Manager - your partners throughout the experience. They will review and confirm everything from your plan selections to your options and establish a communication plan that works for you.

PRE-ELECTRICAL WALK

Before drywall starts, it's time to review your home's plumbing electrical and HVAC installation. We will confirm your chosen electrical options will be included and properly installed.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

After your Project Manager’s final inspection, an Inspired Homes representative will perform an additional quality assurance inspection to ensure your home is ready for closing.

NEW HOME ORIENTATION


Your new home is ready for move-in and it’s time for the most important orientation. This is when you will learn all about your new home! Our Homeowner Services department will take you on a tour of your entire house and will show you how your new home works.

CLOSING

You will meet with Security 1st Title to finalize your paperwork and close on your new home. Once funds are cleared you will receive your keys!

WARRANTY

You will submit warrantable items through our Home Owner portal. The 2-10 Front Line Warranty Service Program® will document your warranty service requests.
