Immediately following your home purchase agreement, an in-person Design Appointment will be scheduled at the studio. You will be guided through an easy and enjoyable process with experienced Design Representatives to choose all of your exterior and interior finishes and fixtures. From lighting and color palettes to flooring and trim, everything you need to personalize your space is available in one place, and you’ll truly begin to see your dream home come to life right in front of you.
